The delivery time is normally 2-7 days (can be longer). If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the item. The delivery truck must have free space to drive forward with your order for delivery. Your order will go to the nearest terminal if access is too limited.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY

Carefully inspect the material, packaging and product for shipping damage. If you see damage anywhere, it is important that you point this out to the driver who can note it on the waybill. It is important that this is noted if we are to be able to pursue a claim against Schenker/DHL for compensation for the damage.

RETURNS

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective. If this is the case, we will pay the new freight from you to us. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, if it concerns an item: send or return it to us. Untriggered shipment is charged with SEK 300 (applies to packages). Untriggered shipment where we have sent larger packages where the package meter has been calculated, the shipping cost is charged back to us.

REPAYMENT OBLIGATION:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we must reimburse you for the price you paid for the goods as soon as possible or, at the latest, within 30 days of the date on which we received the goods. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the goods back. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.

DELAYED DELIVERIES
Many factors can come into play when a delivery is delayed. We take no responsibility for Postnord not being able to deliver on time or breaking what has been agreed between you as a customer and what the freight company has conveyed. Nor do we take any responsibility for hired labor, an open roof, weather, wind, scaffolding costs, etc. that have caused the customer to suffer financially due to a delayed delivery. One thing to keep in mind is to have the material in place before you hire a carpenter or sheet metal worker to install the sheet metal. (see also reservations).

CLAIMS
A claim must be made within 7 days of delivery in order for us to create a case for Postnord. Damage reported after 7 days will be written off immediately by Postnord. It is therefore not possible to receive any compensation for damage that is reported too late. It is therefore important that you check your delivery carefully on receipt and ask the driver to note the damage on the consignment note. If there is no note on the consignment note, the shipping companies will not compensate the damage either.

WARRANTIES
Warranties for the different materials and coatings can be found under the product on the page. Usually the guarantees are 10 years, 15 years or 20 years.

RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right for any damage to your house in case of delayed delivery and or possibly damaged sheet metal / sheet metal parts. (We do not recommend that you demolish the old roof before your order has been delivered). We reserve the right for any delays in the promised delivery time. Usually the delivery time is 1-3 days but can vary when we use external companies such as Postnord. We reserve the right that the shipping cost in the e-commerce order system is not always correct. If a shipping cost in reality would be significantly higher, we will notify the customer about it who will have to make a decision on what to do. The fact that the shipping cost is sometimes not correct is because we have such bulky goods. Long lengths to some locations can be very much higher cost than other locations.

SHIPPING
A shipping cost of SEK 499 will be added within Sweden. Free shipping on purchases over 9000 SEK
